A rise in demand, due to continuous population growth, alongside expanding requirements for tourism and industrial uses with increasingly stringent quality standards, as well as a drop in the quality of natural supply sources as a result of pollution, saltwater intrusion, etc., are just some of the challenges water engineering faces. Based on our experience and the perspective of coming from an area—the Canary Islands—where natural water resources are scarce and where people have needed to innovate water collection, regulation, control and industrial production techniques, we provide efficient, economical and environmentally-friendly solutions to the challenges each project poses.
